When Jesus Is Enough, Everything Else Finds Its Place: whispering HOPE Unveils Jesus Is Enough

What remains when the waiting stretches, the battle comes and everything else proves unable to hold us? Jesus.

Jesus Is Enough, the nineteenth release in the whispering HOPE collection, is a five-song Christian EP centred on the sufficiency and faithfulness of Christ. From trusting God when His timing cannot yet be understood to resting in finished victory, declaring the supremacy of Jesus and finding hope in Him through life and death, the EP keeps returning to one unchanging centre: Christ is enough.

“You Are Right on Time” begins in the tension of unanswered prayer, finding confidence in the God who is never hurried, never unaware and never late, even when the pathway cannot yet be seen. “The Fight Is Settled” moves from waiting into victory, exchanging striving and fear for rest in what Jesus has already won.

“None But Jesus” strips everything back to one name, declaring that no other throne, truth or hope can take His place. “This Is My Jesus” makes that declaration deeply personal, celebrating the Saviour who commands storms, heals broken hearts, conquered the grave and still walks closely with His people.

“Christ Alone” closes the EP with its clearest confession: through trouble, joy, trial, death and eternity, Christ remains our hope, our life and our everlasting portion.

All five songs were written by Gresha Schuilling, with music and production by Gresha Schuilling and mastering by Shimron Fernando.

For Gresha Schuilling, Jesus Is Enough became an opportunity to build five different musical expressions around one unwavering centre:

“These songs begin in different places. One waits, another rests in victory, another simply declares who Jesus is. But as I shaped the music and production, I kept coming back to the same truth: circumstances can change without changing who Christ is. Everything else can move. Jesus remains enough.”

For Shimron Fernando, that certainty became central to the sound of the EP:

“The songs carry different emotions, but they all point in the same direction. The mastering was about allowing each one to retain its own character while making the whole EP feel increasingly settled, until ‘Christ Alone’ arrives almost like the answer to everything that came before it.”

Jesus Is Enough begins with a believer waiting for an answer and ends looking beyond even the final breath. Between those moments, the fight is settled, every rival name falls away and one confession remains.

Jesus is enough.
